She is the cofounder of IMPACT Training & Development, Inc., a firm specializing in providing coach training and professional development programs.
She has coached, trained, and presented to companies such as: Kaiser Permanente, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Coca Cola Africa, McGraw-Hill, Fed Ex Custom Critical, Nationwide Insurance, and National City Bank.
Sherry is a co-author of several workbooks and Train-the Trainer facilitator guides for coach training, hiring, and retention programs for healthcare and small business.
Sherry has a Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University, and is a graduate of the International Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI).
She is a past president and co-founder of the Cleveland Coach Federation, a chapter of the International Coach Federation, and past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She is an active member of the OD Connection, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
Sherry and her husband enjoy visiting family in Madison Wisconsin. She participates in Jazzercise aerobics, enjoys reading mystery novels, and finds chocolate chip cookies totally irresistible.
Nancy Allen is a Registered Corporate Coach and a Training Professional with over twenty years experience in designing and conducting one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.
Her coaching and training is designed to support the concept of ongoing learning and personal and professional development. Certified in many nationally known programs, such as DISC, DDI, TTI, and Zenger Miller, she provides interventions focused on results.
She is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and is certified to conduct the Registered Corporate Coach Training Program through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
She has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally conducting professional workshops and developmental coaching. Additionally, Nancy has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership, teambuilding, sales, and career development.
Nancy has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of a two-year professional program from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has completed courses in specific coach training from Coach University, the Coach Training Institute, EQ at Work-The Whole Leader Program, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
She has served on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), and is a past president of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of ASTD. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Organization Change Alliance of Atlanta, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
Patricia Bright is a Registered Corporate Coach with twenty years of consulting and management experience leading organization and leadership development. Her positions have included internal, corporate, and external roles.
As an organization development practitioner, she works to create and implement organization-specific competencies that support strategic goals and desired results. She analyzes complex problems and identifies simple solutions. Patricia partners with individuals and teams to realize desired goals and increase levels of performance.
As a Coach, she works with executives and mid-level leadership clients to achieve identified goals and increase personal effectiveness with supervisors, peers, and teams. Patricia uses a variety of assessments to create an awareness of leadership skills and gaps. This may include a 360 process as well as direct client observation in a variety of settings.
Patricia holds a Master's Degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Illinois University, both in Education. She is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), and is certified for Myers-Briggs with Type Resources, Inc. Patricia also holds certifications in Appreciative Inquiry, Change Management, Lean Leader, High Impact Mapping, TeamSTEPPS, DDI, Crucial Conversations, Vital Skills, and Facilitative Leadership.
Patricia and her husband have two grown children that live in Houston and Washington, D.C. and travel frequently to spend time with family. Patricia and her husband are bronze-level Ballroom Dancers and take every opportunity they can to be on the dance floor.
