The Leader As Coach program is a highly interactive one day workshop that prepares executives to coach effectively by linking emotional intelligence and coaching competencies. In this fast paced, high content coaching program, you will complete two assessments including the Talent Smart Emotional Intelligence Appraisal assessment and learn how to impact the workplace more powerfully.
