Master Class in Coaching for the Corporate Coach
Coaching is a process that helps people develop competencies to become better leaders. Coaching works on the future self and, when a systemic model is used, typically touches all the person’s life areas: professional/work life, personal, family and social, and spiritual foundations. Thus the coaching process can impact short, mid, and long term objectives in each dimension of the coachee’s life.
This program’s focus will increase your coaching competencies in the domains of leader, communicator, creating awareness, and coaching presence. You will learn how to better tune in to the non-verbal and emotional realms, which is where most lasting change is rooted.
As a coach, your ability to impact understanding, influence outcomes, develop trust, and support purpose comes from knowing your Self, first. You will be asked to complete assignments before attending the workshop as well as take risks to increasing self knowledge during the workshop
DiSC Train the Trainer Workshop
DiSC Train the Trainer Workshop (one day): Become proficient in interpreting the Inscape DiSC Profile and be able to conduct training and/or coaching sessions with confidence.
